About me

Catherine graduated from Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH in May 2014. She received her B.A. in Art with a concentration in oil painting and sculpture. She was born and raised in Massachusetts and has been creating art for as long as she can remember. 

Catherine has always been influenced by the landscapes and colors around her, along with the human figure and beautiful moments. You will notice the amount of bright colors that are found within her works of art.

Catherine recently worked on a series inspired by the surprisingly colorful Texas landscapes. Having lived in Austin from 2018- 2024, she was inspired daily by exploring all of the parks and trails that Texas has to offer. In addition to her landscape series, Catherine has started exploring watercolors again, which has opened up more opportunities for plein air painting. With her recent move from the mountains of Asheville to the coastal town of Wilmington, NC, the change in climate has allowed her to explore even more vibrant colors and scenery.
